Before he lost his head, Nobby was a 30 point character (although since we
made up a perception enhancement - quantum sensing - this is not really an
"offical" total). We have left Nobby's skills as they were, since the rules say
that only intelligence is lost when you lose your main brain. But how much use
he really has of those skill is a moot point (awareness is pretty useless for
instance).
The pre-accident Nobby had an intelligence of 5, a mega-intelligence of 1,
and the medical prodigy enhancement.

This is a made-up enhancement. It is Nobby's ability to sense out Novas at
great distances. We've left it flexible as it is really only a plot device to get him
involved.
