Yes, Cyborg Commando! You Got A Problem..?
Cyborg Commando was published sometime in the mid-to-late eighties and
included Gary Gygax (the creator of D&D; and, arguably, roleplaying itself)
among its authors. They say that even legends can have an off-day. I think
Gygax must have had an off-year.
The game is basically a 13 year-old's power fantasy. You play a damn great
cyborg with obscene strength and a range of built in weaponry. You have a
computer in your chest (it's both digital and analogue - which confused the
crap out of me).
And the kicker is - get this - you have a built in toolkit with neat tools like drills
and stuff that you can screw onto the end of your arm!
